The Samsung Galaxy Fold has been launched in India. Sales were postponed due to the problem of breaking the global launching garden screen in February, but have now been launched in India after removing the defect.
Galaxy Fold in India is priced at RS. 1,64,999. This phone is launched in one variant. It has 512GB internal storage along with 12GB of RAM. The biggest feature of the phone is that its display can be folded. After unfolding, it can be used like a tablet. However after folding it looks like a small screened smartphone.
It will only be found in the black color variant. The smartphone also has a triple rear camera. Pre-booking for the Galaxy Fold will be from Friday, October 4th. When it goes on sale October 20. It can be pre-booked from Samsung e-Soap and company retail stores. Other features are the same as the old smartphone, except for the retractable display.
The smartphone runs on Android 9 Pie based One UI. The smartphone has an OctaCore processor. A triple rear camera has also been provided. One lens has 16 megapixels, the other 12 megapixels and the third lens is also 12 megapixels. It has a dual camera setup for selfie.
USB Type C is provided for connectivity in the Galaxy fold. It has 4G LTE, GPS and other standard features. This smartphone has an under-display fingerprint scanner. Its battery is 4380 mAh and also has wireless charging support.

Besides, the phone measures 62.8x160.9x17.1 mm when folded and 117.9x160.9x7.6 mm when unfolded along with 276 grams of weight.
