[PMKY] Pradhan Mantri Kusum Yojana 2022; કુસુમ યોજના સરકાર દ્વારા માત્ર ખેડૂતો માટે જ શરૂ કરવામાં આવી છે, આ અંતર્ગત ખેડૂતો પાસે સિંચાઈ માટે ડીઝલથી ચાલતું મશીન છે, તેને સૌર ઉર્જાથી ચાલતા મશીનમાં રૂપાંતરિત કરવામાં આવશે. આ યોજના હેઠળ ખેડૂતોને સોલાર મશીન આપવામાં આવશે. ઉર્જા. પ્લાન્ટ એટલે કે સોલાર પેનલ આપવાની વ્યવસ્થા કરવામાં આવી છે.
કેન્દ્ર સરકાર દ્વારા ખેડૂતો માટે આ યોજના લોન્ચ કરવામાં આવેલી છે. પ્રધાનમંત્રી કિસાન ઊર્જા સુરક્ષા એવં ઉત્થાન મહાઅભિયાન હેઠળ, સૌર ઉર્જાથી ચાલતા કૃષિ પંપ સેટ સબસીડી પર આપવામાં આવશે. PM-Kusum સૂર્ય ઊર્જાથી સિંચાઈ, ખેડૂતોનું રક્ષણ અને વધારાની કમાણી માટે આ યોજના ઉપયોગી થશે.

Pradhan Mantri Kusum Yojana 2022, યોજના હેઠળ ખેડૂતોને તેમની જમીન પર Solar Panel લગાવવા માટે ફક્ત 10 ટકા રકમ ભરવાની રહેશે. રાજ્ય સરકારો અને ભારત સરકાર દ્વારા ખેડૂતોના બેંક ખાતામાં 60 % સુધી સબસીડીની રકમ આપે છે. જેમાં કેન્દ્ર અને રાજ્યો તરફથી સમાન યોગદાન આપવાની શરત સામેલ છે. વધુમાં, બેંક તરફથી 30 ટકા ફી લોનની જોગવાઈ છે. આ લોનને ખેડૂતો તેમની આવકમાંથી સરળતાથી ભરી શકે છે.
Pradhan Mantri Kusum Yojana Objectives
- કુસુમ સોલર પંપ વિતરણ યોજના (Kusum solar subsidy scheme) ના પ્રથમ તબક્કામાં સરકાર ડીઝલ પર ચાલતા 17.5 લાખ સિંચાઈ પંપને સૌર ઉર્જાથી ચાલતા પંપમાં રૂપાંતરિત કરશે.
- કુસુમ સોલર સબસિડી યોજના (Kusum solar subsidy yojana) હેઠળ ખેડૂતોને double લાભ આપવામાં આવશે.
- કુસુમ યોજના હેઠળ, ખેડૂતો સિંચાઈમાં વીજળીનો ઉપયોગ કરશે અને બાકીની વીજળી ગ્રીડને વેચીને તેમાંથી કમાણી કરી શકશે.
- કુસુમ સૌર સબસિડી યોજનામાંથી 28000 મેગાવોટ વધારાની વીજળી ઉત્પન્ન કરવામાં આવશે.
કુસુમ સોલર પંપ વિતરણ યોજના માટે સરકાર દ્વારા 50 હજાર કરોડ રૂપિયા ફાળવવામાં આવ્યા છે. કુસુમ સૌર સબસિડી યોજના હેઠળ, આગામી 10 વર્ષમાં, સરકારે 17.5 લાખ ડીઝલ પંપ અને ત્રણ કરોડ કૃષિ પંપને સૌર ઉર્જાથી ચાલતા પંપમાં રૂપાંતરિત કરવાનો લક્ષ્યાંક નિર્ધારિત કર્યો છે. સરકાર દ્વારા લાંબા સમય સુધી ચલાવવાળી યોજનાઓ માંથી આ એક મહત્વની યોજના છે.

- કુસુમ યોજના (PMKY) નું પૂરું નામ ખેડૂત ઉર્જા સુરક્ષા અને ઉત્થાન મહા અભિયાન છે.
- કુસુમ સોલર પંપ વિતરણ યોજના (સોલર સબસિડી સ્કીમ) હેઠળ સરકાર દેશમાં ત્રણ કરોડ પંપ સૌર ઉર્જા દ્વારા ચલાવશે.
- આ યોજના હેઠળ ખેડૂતોએ માત્ર 10% ખર્ચ ચૂકવવો પડશે.
- સરકારે 2022 સુધીમાં દેશમાં 30 મિલિયન પંપ વીજળી અથવા ડીઝલ પર ચલાવવાને બદલે સૌર ઉર્જા પર ચલાવવાનું લક્ષ્ય રાખ્યું છે.
- ‘કુસુમ યોજના’ પરના ખર્ચમાં રાજ્ય સરકાર અને કેન્દ્ર સરકાર બંનેનો સમાન હિસ્સો હશે.

- પહેલા નાણાની અછતને કારણે ખેડૂતો આટલા મોંઘા ડીઝલનો ઉપયોગ કરીને યોગ્ય રીતે સિંચાઈ કરી શકતા ન હતા, પરંતુ કુસુમ યોજના ( PMKY) શરૂ થવાથી આ સમસ્યા પણ દૂર થઈ જશે.
- કુસુમ સોલર પંપ યોજના ( PMKY ) આવવાથી ડીઝલનો વપરાશ ઘટશે અને ડીઝલના સ્ત્રોત પણ આવનારી પેઢી માટે સુરક્ષિત રહેશે.
- વધુ પડતી વીજળી ઉત્પન્ન કરીને ખેડૂતો તેને ગ્રીડમાં વેચી શકશે અને તેમાંથી આવક મેળવી શકશે.

- પોર્ટલ પર લોગિન થતાંની સાથે જ તમારી સામે એપ્લાય ઓનલાઈન નામનો વિકલ્પ દેખાય છે , કુસુમ સોલર પંપ સ્કીમ ની અરજી માટે તમારે ઓનલાઈન અરજી કરવાના બટન પર ક્લિક કરવાનું રહેશે.
- તમે Apply Online પર ક્લિક કરો કે તરત જ તમારી સામે એક રજીસ્ટ્રેશન પેજ ખુલશે.
- હવે અમે નીચે બતાવ્યા પ્રમાણે PM KUSUM YOJANA REGISTRATION પેજ તમારી સામે ખુલશે.
- હવે તમારે નોંધણી ફોર્મમાં તમારી બધી માહિતી કાળજીપૂર્વક અને યોગ્ય રીતે ભરવાની રહેશે.
- આ એપ્લિકેશન ફોર્મમાં, તમારે તમારી કેટલીક અંગત માહિતી જેમ કે નામ, મોબાઈલ નંબર, ઈમેલ આઈડી વગેરે પણ દાખલ કરવાની રહેશે.

Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE) has launched the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Urja Suraksha evem Utthan Mahabhiyan (PM KUSUM) Scheme for farmers for installation of solar pumps and grid-connected solar and other renewable power plants in the country. The scheme aims to add solar and another renewable capacity of 25,750 MW by 2022 with the total central financial support of Rs. 34,422 Crore including service charges to the implementing agencies.
Scheme Components
The Scheme consists of three components:
- Component A: 10,000 MW of Decentralized Ground Mounted Grid Connected Renewable Power Plants of individual plant size up to 2 MW.
- Component B: Installation of 17.50 lakh standalone Solar Powered Agriculture Pumps of individual pump capacity up to 7.5 HP.
- Component C: Solarisation of 10 Lakh Grid-connected Agriculture Pumps of individual pump capacity up to 7.5 HP.
Scheme implementation
State Nodal Agencies(SNAs) of MNRE will coordinate with States/UTs, Discoms and farmers for implementation of the scheme.
Components A and C of the Scheme will be implemented in Pilot mode till 31st December 2019. Component B, which is an ongoing sub-programme, will be implemented in entirety without going through pilot mode.
The capacities to be implemented under pilot mode for the Components A and C are as follows:
- Component A: Commissioning of 1000 MW capacity of ground/ stilt mounted solar or other renewable energy source based power projects
- Component C: Solarization of 1,00,000 grid-connected agriculture pumps
- On successful implementation of a pilot run of Components A and C of the Scheme, these components would be scaled-up, after getting necessary approval.
Scheme benefits
The scheme will open a stable and continuous source of income to the rural landowners for a period of 25 years by utilisation of their dry/uncultivable land. Further, in case cultivated fields are chosen for setting up solar power project, the farmers could continue to grow crops as the solar panels are to be set up above a minimum height.
The proposed scheme would ensure that sufficient local solar/ other renewable energy-based power is available for feeding rural load centres and agriculture pump-set loads, which require power mostly during the day time. As these power plants will be located closer to the agriculture loads or to electrical substations in a decentralized manner, it will result in reduced Transmission losses for STUs and Discoms. Moreover, the scheme will also help the Discoms to achieve the RPO target
The solar pumps will save the expenditure incurred on diesel for running diesel pump and provide the farmers with a reliable source of irrigation through the solar pump apart from preventing harmful pollution from running diesel pump. In light of the long waiting list for electric grid connection, this scheme will benefit 17.5 lakh farmers over a period of four years, without adding to the grid loaded.
