If you want to open a primary school, then firstly there should be a trust or institution for your school, which has at least 3 members.
For this, your registration can be done in India Trust Act or Society Registration Act. This society should be a non-profit organization, that means the profits from the school are used for education, so that no member gets any personal benefit. Once the trust is registered, you will need a systematic business plan, it can be started as well. Which includes details of infrastructure, capital investment, budget plan, human resources, recruitment, administration plan, other facilities, etc.
According to "The Act to Education" created by the government in 2009 under Article 21A in the Indian Constitution, education is free and compulsory for children between 6 and 14 years of age. However, many children below the age of 6 years are still deprived of the fundamental right to education. In such a situation it becomes even more necessary to follow the rules made for opening a play school.
First of all it is necessary to decide what type of play school will be, meaning you can choose one of the day-care, full-time, or only play school that runs for a few hours.
