Subject to the provision made under paragraph No. 1 of (1), a Government servant / official who has passed the Hindi subject examination in the SSC examination or in the same equivalent examination of another statutory body or in any higher examination, / Exemption of the officer from the Hindi colloquial category, lower category or higher category examination as per the occasion and also the power to grant exemption from Hindi examination as per the condition of paragraph No. 3 of the said resolution should also be given to the head of the office.
In view of all and from time to time revised resolutions, the authority to make formal orders for exemption from Hindi colloquial series, lower category or higher category examinations has been delegated to the head of the concerned office.
The principals of the government colleges under this office have been declared the head of the office, so that the principals of the government colleges are informed to make a note in the service book of the concerned employee / officer about the formal orders for exemption from Hindi examination.
In the case of the Principal / Principal in charge of the present matter, orders will have to be obtained from here. 'Respect received on the note, as per the order of the Director.
