Matters of closing classes with less than 50 students in Std. 6 and 8 and merging them in the nearest school.  

Regarding the above, it is to be mentioned that, according to the resolution of the education department in question, the education department of the Gujarat government, out of the schools which are running Std-1 to 8, in those schools which have less than 50 students in Std. 1 to 8 is on and std.  6 and 7And in schools with less than 50 students in class 8, classes of Std. 6 and 7 have been closed and students of that class have been ordered to be transferred to the nearest school.  

Under this, according to the setup register as on 31/09/2050, the list of schools with less than 50 students in Std. 9 and less than 50 students in Std. 9 and 8 is included with this.

The students of this class are asked to prepare the necessary details in the form regarding transfer to the nearest school and send the information in hard copy and soft copy by 9/11/2 without any mistake.

According to the above subject, it has been stated that from Madarbha-2, all the cams including the remaining slaughter of the academic year 2018-20 have been allowed to be kept.  

Regarding the education department, it should be mentioned in the letter that the establishment of primary teachers under the district / town education committee of the state has been approved on the basis of the number of students as on 3/06/2018.

Based on the aforesaid approved establishment, transfers have to be made in the school as per the rules of the primary teacher educator.  

The transfer rules of primary teachers have been decided by the relevant resolutions of the education department and the revised resolutions from time to time.
