Even if all three-quarters of the students run four or five colleges in the same building, the number is one and a half to two thousand.

The state government has announced to start the study by calling the last year's students in person in the colleges from next 23rd.  In pursuance of which Gujarat University has also issued a circular clarifying this.  Principals of different colleges say that in order to function as announced by the government, professors have to make students study online and offline twice.  In addition, many questions, including social distances, are likely to arise.  However, due to the urgency of the government, the work will be done but it is not decided whether the work will be done properly or not.

The education department has issued a circular yesterday urging colleges to start from November 23 and to call last year's students for study.  Guidelines have also been issued including the rules to be followed by the colleges.  On this issue, the office bearers of the Principal Assoc. Because of this decision, professors often have to do the same type of study for the same students.  In an institution where only one college is run, 33% compliance is possible.  But there are many institutions in the city that run four colleges.  Even if all these colleges call one-third of the students, it is likely that one and a half to two thousand students will gather on campus at a time.  Apart from this, the responsibility of adhering to social distance in college or university has been placed on the head of the institute.  Students can be forced to wear masks but no head can guarantee that social distance will be observed.  Thus, as per the circular issued by the government, efforts will be required to operate from 23rd but there is no guarantee that it will be done.  If that doesn't happen, it's time to dump her and move on.

Simultaneous class teaching and online learning will be offered
