Regarding the judgment of the High Court dated 8/06/2040, Mr., to state about the above subject, in S, CA No. 119/2050, the petitioner Shri Zala Sangeetaba Balubha and others Daad was sought for the benefit of transfer of aras before the completion of 10 years to the academic assistants appointed as per the resolution dated 01/09/2017 and 3/06/2017. Name: Petitioners as per the judgment of the High Court dated 7/06/2020. Advocate Kaushik B, Pujara's representation was received here on behalf of the petitioners of the said case in this regard, which was submitted to the Government for decision. 01/2018 and dt. In case of appointment of education assistants appointed as per the resolution dated 8/06/2017, they cannot apply for transfer of education assistants / teachers in other talukas of the district or for 10 years from the date of appointment of district transfer.
Accordingly, they are not entitled to the benefit of exchange of aras-pars during that period before the prescribed time limit. Accordingly, it has been decided not to make any change in the transfer provision. All the petitioners are requested to report the aforesaid decision of the Government immediately.
