As per your letter No. Hitini / PVU / F.No. Date of Finance Department The benefit of the resolution of 15/06/2018 is available. Employees appointed under the fixed salary policy of other departments before the fixed salary policy of 17/02/2008 are not entitled to the benefit of the resolution dated 17/01/2018.

This has to be approved separately by the government. The departments which have received approval through the Finance Department of the State Government for the employees appointed before their fixed salary policy dated 17/08/2009. Those employees who are entitled to the benefit of the resolution dated 18/01/2018. The Office of the Director of Accounts and Treasury has to take action as per the existing rules, higher pay scale and other dues to pay the dues. Which is known,
