decision taken by the state government to do all government work online through e-government from 01/12/2022 and under the Good Governance under the chairmanship of the Additional Chief Secretary (Health) in the meeting held on 03/12/2022 for the operation of medical reimbursement A review of the procedure for approval of medical treatment expenses under the Gujarat State Service (Medical Treatment) Rules, 2015 for proposals submitted for reimbursement of medical treatment expenses. Henceforth, it has been decided to make intensive efforts to complete the entire process of verification and approval of medical bills quickly and after 01/12/2022 it has been decided to present the entire process in the e-Government application of the Government of Gujarat. was under consideration.

After mature consideration the following instructions are circulated regarding the proposals submitted through e-Government application to Health and Family Welfare Department under Gujarat State Service (Medical Treatment) Rules, 2015:

(1) All proposals for sanctioning medical treatment expenses shall be submitted online to the Department of Health and Family Welfare through e-Government application only with full scan.
