(Special Educator) Special Teacher Eligibility Test-I (Sp.TET-I)-2023 Notification

Pursuant to Director of Primary Education Single File No.18/2023 of Education Department, Secretariat Gandhinagar No: PRE/112012/CC-687/K dt. INSTRUCTION TO THE STATE EXAMINATION BOARD TO CONDUCT TET EXAMINATION FOR THE POST OF SPECIAL TEACHERS FOR CHILDREN WITH DISABILITY (CP, HLL/S.., M.D, SLD, ILD/M.R, T.B/ L.V, ASD) IN GOVERNMENT PRIMARY SCHOOLS FROM 13-02-2023 is given.
According to the said letter from Education Department, special primary in primary school (standard 1 to 5).
A special teacher must possess the necessary qualifications for appointment as a teacher/teaching assistant
Eligibility Test- The State Examination Board, Gandhinagar has been authorized to conduct the examination. Special Educator Special Teacher Eligibility Test-I (Sp.TET-l)-2023) for candidates with prescribed qualifications for appointment as Special Primary Teacher/Teaching Assistant in Primary School (Class 1 to 5) Notification is hereby issued to be held by the State Examination Board, State of Gujarat, Gandhinagar. The Sadar Test/Examination will be organized under the management of the State Examination Board through the District Education Officers in the districts of Gujarat state decided based on the number of candidates.

Details of educational qualification;
Date of Education Department As per Notification No.KH/SH/07/PRE/112022/SF-15/K dated 17-02-2023, the educational qualification for special teachers (Special Educators) of Class 1 to 5 for disabled children studying in government primary schools will be as follows. For Std. 1 to 5 Special Teacher (Special Educator)(CP, H.I./S.I., MD, SLD, I.D/M,R.,
For disability category of T.B/ L.V, ASD)
have passed Higher Secondary Certificate Examination from the Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board; and possess:
D.Ed. in special education from a RCI approved institute and possess valid RCI CRR number or,
D.EL.Ed. with recognize qualification (certificate into diploma) from RCI approved institution equivalent to D.Ed. in special education and possess valid RCI CRR number in respective category of disability.
Note: “(Special Educator) Education for Special Teacher Eligibility Test- (Sp.TET-I) shall be subject to resolution from time to time by Govt. That means Gujarat vinegar will have to come.
Verification of educational qualification and age limit details will be done by the Recruitment Selection Committee and the decision of the Recruitment Selection Committee will be final. The State Examination Board will give opportunity to all candidates to appear in the examination on payment of fee. So passing the exam can be considered eligible for recruitment.
* Test Structure:
Date of Education Department Resolution No. PRE/112023/CFA dated 17-02-2023. As per 15/A will be as follows. This test is of multiple choice form and different objective form (Multiple Choice Question).
Based-MCQs) will be. There will be a total of 150 questions on various objectives and the duration will be 90 minutes.
All sections and all their questions will be compulsory. There will be one paper for all sections.
The medium of the question paper will be Gujarati.
Section-I: Child Development & Pedagogy (Disability Based): 30 Multiple Purpose Questions: One Mark each: Total Marks-30
In which things like Reasoning Ability, Logical Ability, Teacher Aptitude, Data Interpretation will also be included.
The Department of Child Development and Theories of Education will be based on educational psychology of learning-teaching for children in the age group 6 to 11. Thought-provoking applied questions will be asked in the test with a focus on disability, to assess the candidate's conceptual development process, to understand his concepts of effective interaction with students, and to properly assess his aptitude for child-centred teaching.
Section 2 & 3 : Language 1 & 2 (Gujarati & English) : 30-30 Questions : One Mark each : Total Marks -60 Linguistic readiness and readiness related to classroom behavior and interaction with students will be assessed in Language-1 (Gujarati). Whereas in Language - 2 (English) basic elements of language, affixation and comprehension ability will be evaluated.
Section 4 : Mathematics : 30 Questions : One Mark each : Total Marks – 30
Matters regarding clarification of the concept of the subject and Problem Solving Abilities (problem related ability) and methodology of the subject (disability based) and content will be evaluated through practical questions.
Section-5: Environment, Social Science, General Knowledge, Knowledge of Current Trends: 30 Questions:
One Mark each : Total Marks – 30 Thus for this test the syllabus of class 1 to 5 should be taken into consideration, but its difficulty value and relation with secondary education is essential. Also keeping in mind the disability in the learning-teaching method

• Each question will carry one mark. . There will be no negative marking in the evaluation of these tests.
The syllabus of the question paper will be as decided by the Education Department from time to time.
Note: Regarding the recruitment of special teachers (Sp. Educator (Teacher)) for students studying in government primary schools, Education Department Serial No: PRE/112012/CC-687/K dt. As per 13-02-2023 and Education Department As per Resolution No.: PRE/112023/CFA-15/A dated 13-02-2023, apart from Special Teacher Eligibility Test-1 (Sp. TET-I), Classroom Reaching and Interview will be based. The examination structure, examination procedure, detailed details, rules and other instructions etc. from time to time by the Education Department for this. Subject to instructions and provisions
Exam Fee:
* For SC, ST, SEBC, PH, General [EWS) category candidates the examination fee is 250/- (two hundred and fifty whole) while for general category candidates the examination fee is 350/- (three hundred and fifty whole). Apart from this, the service charge will be separate.
• Sadr fee is only for first level i.e. OMR based examination of Sp TET-I. • Fees paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
* How to Apply Online:
In terms of this advertisement, the application form will be accepted by the State Examination Board from 23/02/2023 to 09/03/2023 at http://www.sebexam.org only. Following are the instructions for the candidate to fill the prescribed form online. Candidates have to follow the following steps to apply.
• Application form has to be filled online properly. Name, surname, date of birth, caste (category) or any other matter will not be amended later by the board. Of particular note,

* Clicking on "Apply Online".
* Clicking on Apply Now will show the Application Format. Candidate must first fill Personal Details in Application Format. (Here Lala") The details of where there is a tick mark must be filled in.)
* Complete the details by clicking on Educational Details. Now clicking on Save will save your data. Here the application number of the candidate will be generated. Which the candidate has to keep.
Now click on Upload Photo at the top of the page. Here Type your Application Number and Type your Birth Date, then click on OK. Photo and Signature are to be uploaded here. To upload photo and signature, first of all your photo and signature should be in soft copy in JPG format (15 KB) in size. On the Browse Button
Click. Now from the screen of Choose File in which file your photo is stored in JPG format. Select that file as well as the file in which your signature is stored and all the files in which the Certificates are stored and click on the Open Button. And click on Upload Button, now your Photo, Sign and all your Certificates will appear next to it.
* Now click on Confirm Application in the upper part of the page and click on Application Number and Birth Date Type Sul le Submit 42 Click 52412 Application Preview 24 Confirm your application by clicking on Confirm Application. If any mistake has been made in that category, then no correction will be made in the mark sheet later, especially by the candidate take care
By clicking on Confirm Application, the candidate's application will be accepted online in the board. Confirm Number will be generated here. Which is necessary for all subsequent procedures, the candidate has to save. Candidates have to show their Confirmation Number while making any correspondence or representation with the Board.
• The fee of this examination has to be paid through online payment mode only. Candidate can pay the exam fee through Debit Card/Net Banking through online payment gateway.
