This happens due to iron deficiency
A person who sleeps less and feels more tired. Most of the time this disease is caused due to lack of iron in the body. Apart from this, it happens due to hormonal changes in patients with paresis and kidney disease and pregnant women.
Remedy of disease
1. Walking to stop this habit will help in this disease. Whenever you feel like moving your legs, start walking immediately.
2. When you feel like moving your legs, stand up and lock your legs for 5 minutes. This is the first step to get out of this syndrome.
3. Stop taking drugs.
4. Keep taking iron medicine along with cold and hot baths.
5. Meditate in exercise and yoga over tea or coffee.
