જો તમે હજુ સુધી તમારું ઈન્કમ ટેક્સ રિટર્ન ફાઈલ થયું નથી, તો તમારી પાસે હજુ સુધી થોડા દિવસો બાકી છે, તો વહેલા સમયે તમારું ITR ફાઈલ કરો, પરંતુ તે પહેલા તમને જણાવી દઈએ કે નાણા મંત્રી નિર્મલા સીતારમણ (FM નિર્મલા સીતારમણ) એ આ બજેટમાં એક ખાસ જાહેરાત કરી છે, જેના પછી ઘણા લોકોને ટેક્સ ચૂકવવો નહીં પડશે . તમે જે પણ ટેક્સ પદ્ધતિ પસંદ કરો છો, તમારી આવક પર કોઈ ટેક્સ લાગશે નહીં.

PPF અને EPS પર ટેક્સ લાગશે નહીં જાણો કેવી રીતે-

આ સિવાય PPF ના પૈસા પર પણ કોઈ ટેક્સ નથી. આના પર મળતું વ્યાજ, પાકતો સમય પૂરી થવા પર મળેલી રકમ, ત્રણેય કરમુક્ત છે. આ સાથે, જો કર્મચારી 5 વર્ષ સુધી સતત કામ કર્યા પછી પોતાનો EPF ઉપાડી લે છે, તો તેણે આ રકમ ની કિંમત પર પણ ટેક્સ ચુકવણી કરવી પડશે નહીં.

આવી આપણને મળવાની ભેટો પર કોઈ પ્રકારનો ટેક્સ લાગશે નહીં-

આ સિવાય જો તમને તમારા માતા-પિતા પાસેથી કોઈ પારિવારિક સંપત્તિ, રોકડ અથવા ઘરેણાં પ્રાપ્ત થયા છે, તો તે ટેક્સમાંથી મુક્ત છે. આવી મળેલી ભેટો પર કોઈ ટેક્સ નથી. જો તે તેના માતા-પિતા પાસેથી મળેલી રકમનું રોકાણ કરીને કમાણી કરવા માંગે છે, તો તેણે તેમાંથી મળેલી આવક પર ટેક્સ ચૂકવવો પડશે.

2. નવી કર વ્યવસ્થા ના નિયમ-

નવી કર વ્યવસ્થા એ ડિફોલ્ટ ટેક્સ શાસન છે. આમાં 3 લાખ સુધીની આવક પર કોઈ ટેક્સ નહીં લાગે. 7 લાખ સુધીની કમાણી કરનારાઓને ટેક્સ રિબેટ મળશે, ત્યારબાદ તેમણે પણ ટેક્સ ચૂકવવો પડશે નહીં. આમાં ટેક્સ સ્લેબમાં ઘટાડો કરવામાં આવ્યો છે.
