Conditions :-

The candidate should have passed all the examinations required in respect of the above qualification and the examination of TAT-1 (First Division) and TAT- (Primary) prescribed by the Govt. by the last date of application.

Educational and training qualification should be passed from an institution recognized by University Grants Commission and National Council for Tier Education respectively.

For reserved posts, candidates belonging to any caste have to enclose a copy of caste certificate issued by the competent authority for the respective caste and Non-Criminal Certificate (if applicable). As per the resolution, the application is liable to be canceled if the non-crimelayer certificate issued outside the prescribed period is enclosed.

Candidates whose mark sheet shows CGPACPGRADE should attach the converged certificate of aggregate marks obtained from the University College with the application.

Must have basic knowledge of computer use as decided by Sarkarshree.

If the candidate has submitted the application with details outside the prescribed qualification caste with incomplete details from the prescribed qualification and outside the prescribed time limit, then the application received will be considered automatically cancelled.

Candidates who have applied for Ashramshala must be mentioned in the heading of the application and passport size photographs must be attached.

A candidate applying for the post of Ashramshalas with more than one similar qualification will have to make more than one application to different Ashramshalavar institutions by mentioning the ashramshala for which he is applying in the ashramshalavar application.

(Government employee or employee of Board Corporation/ Institution receiving grant from Govt should enclose NOC (No Objection Certificate) of Appointing Authority with application form

As the female employee has to perform the duty of house mother and male employee as the house husband, it is mandatory for every employee to stay at the ashramshala for 24 hours. They will be provided accommodation free of cost by the organization. An employee not residing at the site will be dismissed for disciplinary action.

Pay Scale: The appointment will be made on fixed pay for five years as per the fixed pay policy of the Government and the policy prescribed by the Tribal Development Department.

If the service is found to be satisfactory, after five years it will be considered for inclusion in the regular pay scale. After getting regular appointment, the candidate will be eligible to get the benefit of Govt's new pension scheme. service

The service can be terminated with one month's notice even before five years if not found satisfactory. (13) The District Recruitment Selection Committee shall have final authority regarding selection.

District level selection committee will be as notified by Sarkashree. After the verification of the candidates' certificates by the selection committee, the selected candidate will be appointed by the institute after confirmation by the Assistant Commissioner.

The employee has to follow the general rules regarding education as prescribed by Tribal Development Department or Education Department from time to time.
