In the current year keeping in view the provisions of Chapter-H of the referred resolution of the Education Department

After doing the details of the teachers in the district in which there is an excess of teachers in the letter as per the prescribed format enclosed herewith and after the completion of the procedures of the increase camp, the referred resolution chapter:- As per the provision made in H(19) of the department/subject wise vacancy as per Annexure-4. Details should be sent to this office by 17/09/2023. Further, in your district/town 2 teachers who have been ordered to be transferred in district online internal transfer/district transfer but in case the transferred teacher has not been exempted as per the provision made in Chapter-F of the referred resolution-1, indicate the vacancy and where the order is made. But the teacher is not present. Name of any post in any district in which the post has been ordered to be kept vacant by an interim order and pending the final judgment of the case. Action has to be taken. So that the question of contempt of the High Court does not arise.
