Fear of another big wave of Corona!  The government of this country implemented strict rules including alert, mask

Covid in South East Asia: The resurgence of cases of Corona in South East Asia, which has wreaked havoc all over the world, has increased the concern.  Governments in South Asia have gone into alert mode and governments have started tightening rules, including masks.

Concerns grew as the infection spread rapidly in Southeast Asian countries

The people of Southeast Asian countries are once again troubled by the fear of Corona.  Corona caused havoc all over the world and millions of people lost their lives due to it and when the lockdown was imposed around the world, now the new variant of Corona is spreading rapidly in the countries of Southeast Asia, the concern has increased.  Due to this, the government has started tightening the necessary rules to control it as a precautionary measure.  The government has appealed to people to wear masks at airports while thermal scanners to check fever will be restarted

Singapore's Ministry of Health also expressed concern

Apart from this, the government is aiming to reduce the spread of several types of germs like the Covid variant, flu, pneumonia and other respiratory diseases.  Singapore's Ministry of Health also expressed concern and attributed the increase in cases to several factors, including reduced immunity and increased travel and human contact during the festive season.

A new variant of Corona is responsible

Cases infected with variant JN.1 of BA.2.86 currently account for more than 60 percent of all COVID-19 cases in Singapore, the Singapore government website said.  The MOH said there is currently no global or local indication that BA.2.86 or JN.1 is more contagious or causes more severe disease than other Covid types.

Indonesia urged people not to travel

The Indonesian Ministry of Health has also appealed to Indonesians to avoid traveling to areas where cases of Corona are increasing.  The number of Covid cases in Malaysia has almost doubled in the last one week.  Indonesian authorities have restarted thermal scanners at several border crossings, including the ferry terminal and Jakarta's main international airport.
