Now advance bill has to be paid, power will be given after recharging like mobile

Junagadh PGVCL circle office has initiated a plan to deliver new digital prepaid meters to every household.  This works in every government office and commercial building

Junagadh:

 PGVCL circle office has initiated a plan to deliver underground cable and AB cable and smart meters to every household besides new digital prepaid meters, which is planned to be completed by December 2025.  

The scheme has been implemented first in Veraval division having ITI, where installation of smart meters will be started soon followed by 

installation of prepaid meters in all government offices and commercial buildings and residential i.e. 

home consumption electricity connections.
