 First boil two cups of water in a pan.  Now put small cardamom in it and let it heat.  Add tea leaves, ginger and black pepper to it.  Finally add some jaggery and boil for 4-5 minutes.  Finally add milk as per taste and let it boil on low flame.  When the tea is reduced to half, strain it and add jaggery to taste.  Now strain the tea and enjoy the hot tea.  But this herbal tea should not be consumed on an empty stomach.  Because consuming it on an empty stomach can cause indigestion and acidity.


Remember that any herbal tea will work only if you follow a diet and exercise.  But if you are allergic to any of these items then do not consume them as advised by the expert.
