Gujarat Farmer Latest News : Cabinet meeting decided to prioritize drinking water in areas of Saurashtra, central Gujarat, decision to fill local water sources for drinking water

Gujarat Farmer News : Cabinet meeting was held today in state capital Gandhinagar.  After this meeting, Bhupendra Patel government has taken a big decision in the interest of farmers. 

 According to the details, the government came into action when the state was drawn up and the issue of irrigation and drinking water has been discussed in the cabinet.

In this meeting, it has been decided to give priority to drinking water in the areas of Saurashtra, Central Gujarat.   It has been decided to tap local water sources for drinking water.   In which Saurashtra will be given water for irrigation in addition to drinking from the scheme.   Along with this, it is planned to provide water for irrigation to North Gujarat from Sujlam Suflam scheme.

 A major decision has been taken after discussing the issue of irrigation and drinking water in the cabinet meeting held today.  According to which drinking water will be given priority in the areas of Saurashtra, Central Gujarat, then water will be provided from the All Scheme in Saurashtra.  In this direction water will be provided for irrigation besides drinking.  Along with this, water will be provided for irrigation from Sujalam Suflam scheme in North Gujarat.  In this meeting, it has been decided to fill the local water source for drinking water.
