....... → તમામ વિદ્યાર્થીઓના બેંક એકાઉન્ટ નંબર , બેંકનુ નામ , બેંક બ્રાન્ચનુ નામ , IFC Code ની વિગતો આપવી ફરજીયાત છે અને બેંકને લગતી તમામ વિગતો વિદ્યાર્થી પાસેથી બેંક પાસબુકની નકલ મેળવીને એન્ટર કરવાની રહેશે કારણકે તેના જ આધારે વિદ્યાર્થીઓના ખાતામાં સીધા શિષ્યવૃતિની રકમ જમા કરવાની હોય છે . વિદ્યાર્થીઓની બેંક ખાતાની વિગતો ખોટી આપવામાં આવશે અને શિષ્યવૃતિ અન્યના ખાતામાં જમા થશે તે અંગેની જવાબદારી શાળા / સંસ્થાની રહેશે જેની તમામ શાળાઓએ નોંધ લેવાની રહેશે . ( અગાઉના વર્ષમાં અમુક બેંકનું મર્જર થયેલ હોય વિદ્યાર્થીઓની પ્રપોઝલ ઓનલાઇન મોકલતા પહેલા સંબધિત વિદ્યાર્થીની બેંક ખાતાની વિગતો અદ્યતન કરવામાં આવેલ છે કે કેમ તેની ખાસ ચકાસણી કરી લેવાની રહેશે . ) → ઘણા વિદ્યાર્થીઓને ઓનલાઇન પેમેન્ટ કરતી વખતે વિદ્યાર્થીઓના ખાતા ડોરમેન્ટ એટલે કે સ્થગિત થઇ ગયેલ હોય છે અથવા બંધ થઇ ગયેલ હોય છે એવુ ધ્યાને આવેલ છે . આવા કિસ્સામાં વિદ્યાર્થીને સમયસર શિષ્યવૃતિ ચુકવી શકાતી નથી . જેથી તમામ વિદ્યાર્થીઓ પોતાના ખાતાને KYC કરાવીને રાખે એટલે કે જરૂરી ડોક્યુમેંટ જે તે બેંકને આપીને એક્ટીવ કરાવી રાખે તે મુજબની સૂચના તમામ વિદ્યાર્થીઓને આપવાની રહેશે . → વિદ્યાર્થીઓની એંટ્રી કરતી વખતે જે વિદ્યાર્થીઓના " Father / Guardian occupation Type " કે “ Mother Occupation Type ” માં “ Unclean 0ccupation " સીલેક્ટ કરેલ હશે તે જ વિદ્યાર્થી “ BCK - 4 Scholarship for Those Engaged in Cleaning and Prone to Health Hazards Occupation ” યોજના હેઠળ લાભ લઇ શકશે . જેથી આચાર્યશ્રીઓએ એન્ટ્રી કરતી વખતે આવા વિદ્યાર્થીની એન્ટ્રીમાં “ Unclean Occupation ” ખાસ સીલેક્ટ કરવાનું રહેશે .  

→ સીસ્ટમ દ્વારા ગત વર્ષના તમામ વિદ્યાર્થીઓની એન્ટ્રી એક ધોરણ UP કરી વર્ષ : ૨૦૨૨-૨૩ માટે ઓટોમેટીક મુકવામાં આવનાર છે જેથી શાળા / સંસ્થાઓએ ગત વર્ષના વિદ્યાર્થીઓની એન્ટ્રી કરી કરવાની રહેતી નથી માત્ર ને માત્ર વિદ્યાર્થીઓની એન્ટ્રીની ખરાઇ કરવાની રહે છે . ખરાઇ એટલે કે ગત વર્ષે જો કોઇ વિદ્યાર્થીની એંટ્રીમાં ક્ષતિ રહી ગઇ હોય તો તેને સુધારી લેવાની રહેશે . તેમજ જો કોઇ વિદ્યાર્થી શાળા છોડી ગયેલ હોય તો તેવા વિદ્યાર્થીની એન્ટ્રી ફરજીયાત Delete કરવાની રહેશે . જો વિદ્યાર્થીની એન્ટ્રી Delete કરવામાં નહિ આવે તો જે શાળામાં વિદ્યાર્થી અભ્યાસ માટે ગયા હશે તે શાળાના આચાર્યશ્રી તેવા વિદ્યાર્થીની એંટ્રી કરી શકશે નહિ જેની ખાસ નોંધ લેશો . શાળાઓએ વિદ્યાર્થીઓની એન્ટ્રીની ખરાઇ શાળાને મળેલ પરિપત્રમાં જણાવેલ તારીખો મુજબ કરી લેવાની રહેશે . → જે વિદ્યાર્થીઓને ગત વર્ષે E - Payment કરવામાં આવેલ હતુ અથવા જે વિદ્યાર્થીઓનું બેંક વેરીફીકેશન “ Valid and Verified ” થઇને આવશે તેવા તમામ વિદ્યાર્થીની પ્રપોઝલ તુર્ત જ બની શકશે જ્યારે જે વિદ્યાર્થીઓના ગત Payment Transaction Fail થયેલ હતા અને વિદ્યાર્થીઓને શિષ્યવૃતિ મળી શકેલ ન હતી તેવા વિદ્યાર્થીઓની બેંકની વિગતો Null કરી દેવામાં આવશે અને આવા તમામ વિદ્યાર્થીઓની બેંકની વિગતો “ Students Register " માં જઇ “ Edit Students Entry " પર ક્લીક કરી ફરજિયાત Update કરવાની રહેશે . → ધો : ૯ થી ૧૦ ના વિદ્યાર્થીઓની આધારકાર્ડની વિગતો અવશ્ય નાખવાની હોય , જે વિદ્યાર્થીનુ એક ધોરણ UP કરવામાં આવેલ હોય તેવા ધો : ૯ થી ૧૦ ના તમામ વિદ્યાર્થીઓને પણ ફરજિયાત Update કરવાના રહેશે . ધો : ૯ થી ૧૦ ના વિદ્યાર્થીઓની આધારની વિગતો નાખ્યા બાદ “ Verify Aadhaar " બટન પર ક્લીક કરવાનુ રહેશે . જો “ Aadhaar Status " Yes આવશે તો જ ધો : ૯ થી ૧૦ ના વિદ્યાર્થીની એન્ટ્રી Save કરી શકાશે તેમજ પ્રપોઝલ બનાવી શકાશે . અત્રે “ Aadhaar Status ” તો જ “ Yes ” આવશે જ્યારે વિદ્યાર્થીની “ Date of Birth ” , “ Gender ” , “ Name As Per Aadhaar " , “ UID ( Aadhaar Number ) ” એ ૪ પ્રકારની માહિતી આધારકાર્ડના ડેટાબેઝ પ્રમાણે નાખવામાં આવેલ હોય .
