RMC Recruitment 2025 For Various Posts

 Online applications are invited from the candidates for filling up the vacancies of various cadres of Fire and Emergency Services Department of Rajkot Municipal Corporation in the following categories. For this, the candidate will have to apply by logging in to www.rmc.gov.in from 18/01/2025 to 01/02/2025 (23.59 hrs). Also, the last date for paying the online fee will be 01/02/2025 (23.59 hrs).

Qualifications for Divisional Officer

Graduate from UGE/AICTE recognized university and passed Divisional Officers course from National Fire Service College Nagpur and

Must have Heavy Motor Vehicle License.

Experience! - 85 (five) years of experience as a Station Officer or 2 (seven) years of experience as a Sub Officer (Coach) in the Emergency and Emergency Services Department of a Central Government/State Government/Municipal Municipality/Public Sector Undertaking/Public Company registered under the Companies Act


Divisional Officer Pay Scale and Age Limit

Fixed pay of Rs. 53,700/- for five years and after five years of satisfactory service, considering the need for space, consideration will be given to giving Rs. 44900-142400 (Pay Matrix Level-08) as per the 7th Pay Commission (Rs. 9300-34800, Grade Pay-4600 as per the 6th Pay Commission).

Age Limit: 18 to 35 years

Physical Qualification:- Must pass the physical test

Eligibility of Station Officer:

Graduate of UGC / AICTE H or other University and should have Sub Officers Course from National Coir Service College, Nagpur and Heavy Motor Vehicle License.


Experience:-Central Government/State Government/Municipal Municipality/Public Sector Undertaking/Public Company registered under the Companies Act


05 (five) years experience as Sub Officer (Fire) in Fire and Emergency Services Department or 07 (seven) years experience as Leading Fireman


Salary Scale of Station Officer

Age Limit:

Fixed Salary Rs. 51,000/- for five years and after five years of satisfactory service, Rs. 51,000/- as per 7th Pay Commission considering the requirement of the post. Rs.39900-126600 (Pay Matrix Level-07). (As per 6th Pay Commission Rs.9300-34800, Grade Pay-4400) will be considered.

Age Limit: 18 to 35 years


Qualification for Sub Officer (Fire):

Must be a graduate of a UGC/AICTE recognized university and should have passed the Sub Officers Course of National Fire Service College, Nagpur and should have Heavy Motor Vehicle License.

05 (five) years experience as a Leading Fireman in the Emergency Services Department of a Government/State Government/Municipal Municipality/Public Sector Undertaking/Public Company registered under the Companies Act

Physical Qualification:- Must pass the Physical Test

Pay Scale and Age Limit of Sub Officer (Fire)

Fixed Pay Rs.49,600/- for five years and after five years of satisfactory service, considering the need for space, Rs.35400-112400/- as per the 7th Pay Commission (Pay Matrix Level-6) (Rs.9300-34800 as per the 6th Pay Commission, Grade Pay-4200) will be considered.

Age Limit: 18 to 35 years
